Directions: From Blue Ridge Hwy 515. Turn toward McCaysville onto Hwy 5. Go about 7 miles & turn left at Abernathys Store onto Old Hwy 5, Turn Right at the second street onto Madola. Go 0.5 miles past the stop sign. Store is on the right. From McCaysville: Go 3 miles on Hwy 5 & Go right at Abernathys Store. Turn right at the second Street onto Madola & go about 1 mile.
Higdon’s Bookstore accepts books & books on tape for trade when they are in good condition, deemed saleable, & we have room for them on our shelves. When we accept your items, you will receive up to 25% of the original price.
You can use your store credit for up to 50% of most new purchases. We will keep a record of all credit which never expires and can be used anytime you visit us.
We can special order books for you for a $2.00 fee above the selling & shipping price of the book.
If we are unable to process all the items you bring for sale in a reasonable time, we will ask that you leave them for later in the day or the next day. If you accept the credit amount for your items the merchandise becomes store property. The amount offered in credit is Not Negotiable.
